Job Description / Responsibility
- Development of new products and continuous improvement of existing products to meet market demands.
- Evaluate and select raw materials and packaging materials to ensure product quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Oversee the post-commercialization monitoring of new products, ensuring they meet performance and quality standards.
- Conduct market analysis to assess the performance, quality, and positioning of existing products in market.
- Monitor product samples, ensuring their performance aligns with company standards and objectives.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Food Science & Technology
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Food & Nutrition
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Biochemistry
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Applied Chemistry
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Food Science & Technology
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Food Engineering
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Food & Nutrition
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Biochemistry
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Applied Chemistry
Additional Requirements
- 2–3 years of working experience in the food manufacturing industry in relevant field is preferable.
- Good knowledge on development of bakery items (cookies, dry cake & toast) and product knowledge of biscuits items.
