- Manage day-to-day procurement activities and ensure timely availability of materials, products, and services.
- Source and evaluate suppliers based on quality, price, delivery, and reliability.
- Obtain and compare quotations, negotiate prices, and ensure competitive purchasing.
- Prepare purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor supplier performance and develop strong vendor relationships.
- Ensure all purchases comply with company policies and approved budgets.
- Follow up on pending orders, deliveries, and payment-related issues.
- Maintain proper documentation, including quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and supplier records.
- Support cost-reduction and process-improvement initiatives within the procurement function.
- Experience: 3-7 years
- Education: bachelor of supply chain management
