Executive - Planning (Bangladesh)

Scope

The Executive – Planning is in charge of production planning and scheduling for the allocated plant. The role holder is responsible for optimum utilization of factory capacity to achieve factory efficiency targets as per budget and ensuring that customer delivery deadlines are met. The role holder is also responsible for tracking execution of factory plan and recommending changes to the plan when required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare factory production plan to ensure optimized utilization of capacity and on-time customer delivery
• Track and monitor achievement against factory plans and sub-plans, and recommend modifications as required to achieve targets
• Prepare analysis and forecasts of plant capacity and efficiency parameters, and maintain appropriate documentation and records

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics/Clothing Technology
• 1- 3 years experience in the Planning function in a factory
• Prior experience in using FastReact tool will be an added advantage.
