Role Description The Executive, Planning and Operation will support day-to-day production and operational planning to ensure on-time delivery and efficient use of resources. This on-site role, based in Dhaka, involves coordinating with production, merchandising, and supply chain teams to align capacity, order requirements, and timelines. The executive will monitor workflow, prepare and update planning reports, track key operational metrics, and recommend improvements to processes and systems. Responsibilities include analyzing order forecasts, identifying bottlenecks, supporting problem-solving in operations, and maintaining clear communication with internal stakeholders. The role also includes assisting in implementing best practices, maintaining compliance with company policies, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the unit.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Operations and Operations Management skills to support planning, coordination, and process optimization.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, evaluate capacity, identify bottlenecks, and support decision-making.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Relevant experience in apparel manufacturing, production planning, or operations in an industrial or factory setting is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and other planning or ERP tools, with attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and maintain a focus on quality, safety, and compliance.
