Role Description The Executive / Senior Executive Marketing and Business Development role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dhaka. In this role, the team member will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and support the development of marketing plans to promote media intelligence services. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing proposals, conducting market research, participating in client meetings and presentations, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client needs. The role also involves monitoring competitor activities, contributing to sales forecasts, and assisting with campaigns, events, and digital outreach initiatives. The position requires proactive engagement with potential and existing clients to drive revenue growth and strengthen the company’s market presence.
Qualifications

• Strong marketing and business development skills, including lead generation, client outreach, and relationship management.
• Ability to conduct market research and analyze media, industry, and competitor trends to support strategic decision-making.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to prepare proposals, reports, and client-focused materials.
• Solid organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and proficiency in common office productivity tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; relevant postgraduate qualifications are an advantage.
• Experience in media, advertising, PR, or related service industries is preferred, especially in client-facing roles.
• Demonstrated capability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet targets in a fast-paced, data-driven setting.
• Comfortable working on-site in Dhaka, with flexibility to attend client meetings and industry events as needed.
