Sap outbound processing for raw materials
- Perform daily outbound processing of raw materials in the sap system.
- Process approximately 130–150 outbound transactions per month, ensuring timely and accurate entry of operational data.
- Prepare road/travel expense vouchers for each completed vessel trip.
- Maintain proper supporting documentation and ensure that a separate voucher is prepared and processed for every trip.
- Prepare and update the daily draft report based on vessel and operational activities.
- Ensure that operational information is recorded accurately and kept up to date.
- Monitor and follow up on all types of operational bills to ensure timely processing and settlement.
- Coordinate with the relevant departments and personnel regarding pending bills and supporting documentation.
- Conduct jetty inspections as required for operational activities.
- Coordinate with the logistics department and participate in river inspections to support safe and efficient vessel operations.
- Manage and follow up on the renewal of required certificates, permits, and regulatory documents for cml vessels.
- Survey certificates
- Bay-crossing permissions/certificates
- Income tax-related documents
- Conservancy-related documents
- Route permits
- Other statutory and operational certificates as required
- Monitor expiration dates and coordinate with the relevant authorities to ensure that vessel documentation remains valid and compliant.
- Arrange the purchase and processing of pilot coupons required for vessel movements and operations.
- Maintain the necessary records and coordinate with the appropriate authorities for timely procurement.
- Experience: 3-5 years
