Role Description The Executive Operation E-commerce role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. This role is responsible for overseeing daily e-commerce operations, including order processing, inventory coordination, and timely fulfillment in collaboration with retail and event management teams. The executive will monitor online sales performance, analyze operational data, and recommend process improvements to enhance customer experience and efficiency. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with company procedures, and supporting promotional campaigns and events tied to online platforms. The role also involves resolving operational issues, preparing routine reports, and maintaining clear communication across departments to ensure seamless execution of e-commerce activities.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Operations and Operations Management skills to oversee end-to-end e-commerce processes and ensure timely execution.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret performance data, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients.
• Relevant experience in e-commerce, retail operations, or event management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work on-site in Dhaka, Bangladesh, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency with common office and e-commerce tools or platforms; familiarity with reporting and basic spreadsheet analysis is an advantage.
