EpicDigital is a content production studio in Mirpur DOHS, Dhaka. We sell printed apparel online, and we are hiring people to run the daily work behind it.

This is an entry-level role and no experience is required. We train you from your first day. Sometimes that is a written guide or a video, and more often it is one of us sitting beside you and showing you how a thing is done, occasionally the founder. Training is part of the job here, not something you pay for or wait out, and you are on salary throughout. What we are hiring for is how quickly you pick it up and how carefully you work once you have.

We will be straight about the work. It is repetitive, detail-heavy, and done on a computer all day. Some of it is searching and checking things online and recording what you find. Some of it is setting products up on our selling platforms and making sure every detail is correct before it goes live. Tasks move around as the business needs them to, and we place people wherever the work is.

If you like getting faster and sharper at the same work each week, you will do well here. If you are looking for a creative or strategy role, this is not it.

What the day looks like

• Work through tasks at your own desk, against a brief or a process you have been shown
• Search and check things online, and record what you find accurately
• Set products up on our selling platforms with the right details, and publish them
• Keep a shared tracker current, so nobody downstream has to guess
• Flag anything that looks wrong before it becomes someone else’s problem
  
  

What you need

• Good written English. You do not need to speak fluently. You need to read a page of instructions and write a clear paragraph in reply.
• Comfortable on a computer. Browser, spreadsheet, switching between things without losing track.
• Care with detail. A small mistake here costs someone else a day.
• Willingness to use AI tools. We use ChatGPT and Claude daily. If you already do, tell us. If not, we will teach you.
  
  

What you do not need

• Any prior job experience. Freshers are welcome, and most of these seats will go to freshers.
• Design skill, a portfolio, or a marketing background
• Your own laptop. We provide the workstation and the tools.
  
  

On degrees

We do not ask for certificates and we do not look at results. Fifteen minutes of writing tells us more about how someone thinks than a transcript ever has, so that is what we go on.

Hours and terms

9am to 5pm, six days a week, from our Mirpur DOHS office.

We do not ask for a security deposit, a bond, or a service agreement of any kind, at any stage. If an employer in Bangladesh asks you for money, walk away from it.

About Your Cover Letter

This is the writing test, so write it yourself in English. Tell us about one time you had to work something out online with nobody giving you instructions. What were you trying to find, and how did you get there? A short honest paragraph beats a long formal one.

How we hire

• Come to our Mirpur DOHS office and meet us face to face. Some candidates are also asked to do a practical task on the same visit, either a short written one or a walk-through of how you would handle something. Most take around half an hour, a few run longer, and we tell you in advance if yours is one of the longer ones. Nothing to prepare.
• We tell you the outcome, and if it is a yes we agree your salary in that conversation. You will not be left guessing where in the range you landed.
  
  

Compensation

BDT 13,000 – 20,000 / month

Where you land in the salary range depends on your work, not on your years of experience. The first three months are a probation period, and we review your salary at the end of it.
