Executive - Odoo Accounts

Position Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Executive – Odoo Accounts to manage day-to-day accounting activities and financial records. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of relevant experience and practical working knowledge of Odoo Accounting Software.

Key Responsibility:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
• Prepare and maintain vouchers, invoices, bills, journals, and ledgers.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable and ensure timely follow-up of outstanding transactions.
• Manage cash and bank transactions and perform regular bank reconciliation.
• Record sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments accurately.
• Prepare and process payment documents and ensure proper supporting documentation.
• Maintain customer and supplier accounts and regularly reconcile outstanding balances.
• Use Odoo Accounting Software for accounting entries, financial records, reporting, and related activities.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Candidates with relevant professional qualifications or certifications will be preferred.

Experience Requirements

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in Accounts/Finance.
• Practical experience with Odoo Accounting Software is mandatory/preferred.
