• Handle buyer communication (email, calls, meetings) professionally.
• Follow up on order development from sampling to shipment.
• Coordinate with production, planning, and sourcing teams.
• Prepare cost sheets, T&A (Time & Action) plans, and order sheets.
• Ensure timely sample development and approvals.
• Monitor production status and ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain proper documentation for all merchandising activities.
• Resolve any issues related to production, quality, or shipment.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Apparel Merchandising, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in garments merchandising (preferred).
• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Good knowledge of garments production processes.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Additional Requirements:
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of fabrics, trims, and costing.
• Team player with a proactive attitude.
