Executive – Marketing & Sales

Challenger Elevator & Escalator Ltd., established in 1990, is looking for an energetic and target-oriented Executive – Marketing & Sales to join our team.

We are engaged in Lift/Elevator Sales, Installation, Maintenance, and Servicing and are looking for motivated individuals who want to build a career in the elevator industry.

Job Responsibilities:

• Promote and market elevator/lift products and solutions to potential customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads.
• Visit prospective customers, corporate offices, commercial buildings, residential projects, and construction sites.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable lift/elevator solutions.
• Follow up with prospective customers, prepare quotations, and support sales conversion.
• Maintain professional relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Conduct customer visits and business development activities anywhere in Bangladesh as required.
• Submit daily reports of customer visits and field activities.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements:

• Graduation in any discipline OR Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in Lift/Elevator Sales & Marketing will be preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
• Willingness to travel anywhere in Bangladesh.
• Valid driving license and driving ability will be preferred.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: BDT 15,000 – 20,000/month
