- Identifying and assessing future and current training needs of factory employees.
- Prepare annual and monthly training calendars.
- Deploying a variety of learning interventions and methods.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops for factory employees on a wide range of topics including technical skills, functional skills, soft skills, compliance, and leadership competency development.
- Coordinate trainers, participants, venues, logistics, and training schedules.
- Maintain training records and employee learning history.
- Coordinate with external trainers, consultants, agency, and institutions as per need.
- Monitoring and evaluating factory training programs and ensure effectiveness.
- Assist in implementing leadership, supervisory, technical, behavioral, and compliance training.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and prepare training reports.
- Support competency development and career development initiatives.
- Assist in building a continuous learning culture within the organization.
- Experience: 3-6 years
- Education: bachelor of business administration in human resource management
