Job Summary

Corporate Field Ltd. is a leading fabric supplying company. We are looking for a dynamic, multi-skilled, and tech-savvy Executive to drive our IT operations, digital marketing campaigns, creative graphics, and fashion design alignments. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise, AI tool proficiency, and design aesthetics to elevate our brand presence and buyer presentations.

Key Responsibilities

• Digital Marketing & Web Promotion: Plan and execute digital marketing strategies, manage web promotions, and optimize official social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) to boost brand visibility.
• Graphics & Fashion Design Alignment: Create visually stunning layouts, apparel/fabric promotional graphics, and collaborate with the design team to ensure fabric samples match buyer requirements.
• AI & Tech Integration: Utilize advanced AI tools for automated marketing, content creation, and data analytics to optimize day-to-day operations.
• IT Operations & Systems: Troubleshoot minor server/hosting issues, manage company emails (Outlook, Google Workspace), and monitor website health.
• Office Applications & Documentation: Maintain all buyer records, data sheets, and reports using MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Graduate/Bachelor’s degree in IT, CSE, Graphics Design, Fashion Design, graduates with a strong technical background.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in IT support, digital marketing, or a creative agency. (Highly skilled freshers are also encouraged to apply).

Technical & Soft Skills

• Software Proficiency: Expert in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Tech & Digital: Strong grasp of web browsing, domain systems, email client setup, and modern AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.).
• Communication: Excellent presentation skills with fluency in both English & Bangla.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary: Negotiable (Based on experience and skill set).
