Executive - IT

Job Responsibilities

• Manage, monitor, and provide day-to-day support for the organization’s Odoo ERP system.
• Handle Odoo-related user queries, troubleshooting, and technical issues.
• Assist in configuring and maintaining Odoo modules according to business requirements.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to identify system requirements and improve workflow efficiency.
• Monitor system performance and report technical issues when necessary.
• Support Odoo data management, user access, and system-related documentation.
• Assist in system implementation, upgrades, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Provide basic IT support for hardware, software, network, and other office IT-related issues.
• Maintain proper records of IT assets, software, and system-related activities.
• Coordinate with external vendors or technical teams when required.
• Ensure data security, system reliability, and adherence to IT policies.
• Perform any other IT-related responsibilities assigned by the management

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a relevant field.

Experience Required:

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in IT operations, ERP support, or a similar role.
• Candidates with strong practical experience in Odoo ERP will be highly preferred.
