Executive - International Sourcing and Procurement
Job Description
- Source international manufacturers, mills, stockists, exporters and trading companies.
- Source steel, machinery, equipment, spare parts and industrial products.
- Communicate with suppliers through Email, Phone, WhatsApp, WeChat, Alibaba and Made-in-China.
- Collect and compare quotations, technical specifications, catalogues, certificates, photos/videos and samples.
- Compare price, quality, specifications, MOQ, payment terms and lead time.
- Conduct preliminary supplier research and verification.
- Support negotiation with suppliers under the Team Lead.
- Calculate FOB/CFR/CIF and landed costs.
- Review PI, invoices, packing lists, BL, COO, MTC and other import documents.
- Follow up production, inspection, shipment and documentation.
- Maintain CRM/ClickUp/Excel and prepare daily/weekly reports.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a relevant field; Engineering background is an advantage.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Strong fresh graduates with excellent English and research skills may also apply.
- Good English communication and professional email writing skills.
- Good Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Basic knowledge of Incoterms, LC, TT and import documentation.
- Foreign language knowledge will be an advantage.
Salary: BDT 25,000–35,000/month + Performance/Sales Incentives
