- Oversee daily ICT operations, including network management and end-user support.
- Diagnoses and resolves ICT hardware and logistics issues, coordinating advanced servicing with Corporate Office ICT and vendors when required.
- Provide primary support for attendance, access control, and PABX systems, engaging vendors for complex issues.
- Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and on premises/cloud email environments.
- Assist users with in-house and third-party applications (e.g., GSD, FastReactPlan, IntelloCut, IntelloBuy, Winda, Assyst).
- Monitor and manage server operation and performance (RODC, Attendance, etc.).
- Perform proactive monitoring to ensure network (Intranet, internet and data connectivity) health and performance with effective bandwidth and FortiGate firewall management.
- Ensure 100% ICT support log entry to analyze recurring issues for process improvement.
- Prepare and monitor the ICT annual budget to ensure optimal resource utilization.
- Evaluate and recommend technical specifications for different ICT related logistics based on justified user requirement ensuring cost optimization and sustainable investment.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive ICT documentation, reports, policies, and user guidelines in full compliance with buyer requirements and standards.
- Prepare incident report, note sheet, meeting minutes etc.
- Conduct periodic audits and inventory of ICT systems and assets to ensure proper usage.
- Experience: 3 years
- Education: bachelor of science in information & communication technology (ict)
- Skills: it support, it operations, computer network operations, administrative support, it infrastructure management, computer maintenance, itinfrastructure, front office support, ict consultancy
