- Conduct capacity analysis to support production planning and resource allocation.
- Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance line efficiency.
- Carry out production studies to monitor and evaluate operational performance.
- Perform bottleneck analysis and implement corrective actions to ensure smooth workflow.
- Prepare Operation Bulletins (OB) for accurate process sequencing and time standards.
- Execute line balancing to optimize manpower and machine utilization.
- Allocate critical processes/operators to the line in advance of production start.
- Ensure machine pre-setup for upcoming critical processes and follow up on execution.
- Collect and analyze Non-Productive Time (NPT) and Quick Changeover (QCO) data, and conduct follow-up for improvement.
- Support sewing skill up gradation, workstation design, and waste management initiatives.
- Experience: 3 years
