- Conduct time study, method study, SMV calculation, and operation breakdown for garment production processes.
- Monitor line efficiency, productivity, capacity, manpower utilization, and production performance.
- Prepare and maintain line layout, operation bulletin, manpower allocation, and production-related IE reports.
- Support line balancing, style changeover, capacity planning, and productivity improvement activities.
- Analyze production bottlenecks and provide necessary recommendations to improve efficiency and reduce production losses.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Planning, and other departments to achieve production and efficiency targets.
- Experience: At least 2 years
- Education: bachelor of science in industrial & production engineering (ipe)
- Skills: technical knowledge of garment production, garment production, garment industry knowledge, production management, garment manufacturing, manufacturing operations management, manufacturing engineering, production engineering, textile industry knowledge
