Job Description
Daily manpower balancing, target setting & achievement monitoring.
Capacity study with graphical presentation & Production study.
Responsible for style wise operation breakdown & Thread consumption for Formalwear (Blazer, Dress pant, Waist Coat).
Motion study, time study & method study for operational development.
Bottle neck operation follow-up & analysis for better solution to improve productivity.
Video analysis for different processes to improve productivity. SMV, Target & Efficiency calculation for Cutting, Sewing & Finishing (Blazer, Dress pant, Waist Coat).
Identify low efficient line & brain storming to get optimal solution.
Process wise Skill analysis during recruitment & share to management. Style wise machine requirement making and attend Pre-production meeting.
Process wise operators target board attach within three (03) days of new style Over time control & operators training to get better output. Responsible for skill matrix with operator upgrading & keeping record.
Preventive activities to reduce style change over time & follow up.
Work with others department for reducing Man-Machine Ratio. Man, Machine, Materials confirm 3 days before of line feeding.
If any difficulties discuss with senior & concern department.
Co-ordination with planning department for improving the pre-production activities.
Submit report Weekly & Monthly basis.
Any duties & responsibilities assigned by management.
Requirements
Skills Required:
- Bottle neck operation
Experience Required:
- At least 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments
Additional Requirements:
Worked in any reputed Formalwear factory is must.
Technically sound in Formalwear (Blazer, Trouser, Waist Coat).
