- Training need assessment & finalize training topic.
- Prepare an annual training plan with consultation of all departments / section.
- Preparing monthly training plan and communicate with all department/section at the beginning of the month.
- Coordinating concerned department / section head, ensure active participation of participants.
- Prepare power point presentation with updated information.
- Prepare interactive training syllabus and update regularly.
- Include in the training topic after the risks identified in the training syllabus.
- Conduct regular & refresher training on monthly basis.
- Assist in employee migration analysis.
- Prepare & develop effective syllabus & training material.
- Conduct training sessions as per plan & ensure all committee members are well aware on their responsibilities, dos & dont`s.
- Manage Recruitment as per plan & maintain employee’s personal file.
- Experience: 3-5 years
