- To involves developing and enforcing HR policies, managing recruitment, fostering employee relations, overseeing training and performance programs, addressing factory-specific HR challenges, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and promoting a culture aligned with company's values of empowerment and inclusivity.
- Assisting in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial screenings of candidates.
- Assisting with new employee onboarding, including paperwork, orientation, and training.
- Maintaining and updating employee records and databases. Ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Compiling HR-related data and generating reports for analysis.
- Assist in salary benchmarking and compensation planning.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Oversee benefits administration Communicate benefits information to employees and handle inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
- Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related matters.
- Manage employee relations and address any issues or grievances.
- Coordinate and conduct training and development programs.
- Any other task assigned by the Management.
- Experience: 2-5 years
- Education: bachelor of business administration in human resource management
