- Monitor daily floor HR activities, including attendance, absenteeism, late attendance, leave, and manpower status.
- Regularly visit production floors and maintain close communication with workers and supervisors.
- Assist in resolving worker grievances, workplace issues, disciplinary matters, and employee relations.
- Support employee joining, orientation, counselling, and other HR-related activities.
- Ensure proper implementation of company policies, HR procedures, and workplace discipline.
- Monitor compliance with working hours, overtime, and other labour-law requirements.
- Maintain necessary floor-level HR records, reports, and employee-related documentation.
- Assist in conducting worker awareness sessions and HR/Compliance training programs.
- Coordinate with Production, Admin, Welfare, and Compliance teams to resolve employee-related issues.
- Willingness to work in day and night shifts is required
- Prepare daily/weekly HR reports and perform other duties assigned by management.
- Experience:
- Education: bachelor of business administration in human resource management
- Skills: hr management, human resources, hr compliance, human resources management, hr policy, hris management
