Role Description The Executive – HR & Admin role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bangladesh. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment support, onboarding, attendance and leave management, and maintaining employee records. The Executive will help implement and monitor HR policies, support performance management processes, and assist in handling employee relations matters to foster a positive and compliant work environment. Administrative responsibilities include coordinating office facilities and supplies, organizing meetings and company events, maintaining documentation, and supporting management with HR and administrative reporting. The position requires close collaboration with internal teams and leadership to ensure efficient HR processes and smooth office administration.
Qualifications

• Strong Human Resources skills, including HR Management and Human Resources (HR) fundamentals.
• Experience in HR Operations, such as recruitment coordination, onboarding, and HR documentation.
• Ability to manage Employee Relations and support a respectful, inclusive workplace culture.
• Knowledge of HR Policies, compliance, and basic labor law practices relevant to Bangladesh.
• Relevant academic background, preferably a bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR-related software or systems.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and handle confidential information responsibly.
