Florentia Real Estates Ltd. is looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and talented Graphic Designer to join our growing team. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality visual content for the Company's branding and promotional activities while also providing creative and graphic support to our Architecture & Design Team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a creative professional who can work across marketing, branding, digital content, presentations, and architectural design support.

Working Days: Saturday to Thursday (6 Days a Week)

Office Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Promotional Design

• Create professional and engaging promotional graphics, posters, social media posts, banners, advertisements, and campaign materials.
• Design visual content for the Company's real estate projects, campaigns, events, announcements, and promotional activities.
• Develop creative concepts and visual materials while maintaining the Company's brand identity.
• Prepare designs for Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, digital advertising, websites, and other communication platforms.
• Design brochures, flyers, project presentations, company profiles, invitations, and other marketing materials.
• Work closely with the Marketing & Sales team to develop visual materials according to campaign requirements.
  
  

Architecture & Design Team Support

• Provide graphic design support to the Architecture & Design Team.
• Assist architects in preparing project presentations, concept boards, mood boards, presentation sheets, portfolios, and visual documentation.
• Prepare and enhance architectural presentation materials for internal and client presentations.
• Assist in preparing project visuals, layouts, diagrams, boards, and other graphic materials required by the architectural team.
• Collaborate with architects and designers to ensure that project presentations are visually clear, professional, and compelling.
• Support the team in preparing presentation materials for management, clients, investors, and project-related meetings.
  
  

Branding & Creative Development

• Maintain consistency in the Company's visual identity across all communication materials.
• Develop creative concepts that reflect Florentia Real Estates Ltd.'s brand positioning.
• Stay updated with current graphic design, branding, social media, and visual communication trends.
• Ensure all designs meet professional quality standards before publication or presentation.
