Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage outsourced personnel, ensuring adherence to company policies and quality standards.
• Oversee the expanded facilities, maintaining cleanliness, security, and optimal operational conditions.
• Ensure efficient handling of administrative functions such as scheduling, procurement, compliance, and stakeholder coordination.
• Manage front desk responsibilities as part of the broader administrative role, including visitor management and correspondence.
• Monitor inventory levels for office and facility supplies, ensuring timely procurement to avoid disruptions.
• Implement and maintain health and safety protocols across the facilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges and support organizational goals effectively.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field is mandatory.
• Proficiency in labor laws, compliance, and payroll systems is desirable.
• 0-1 years of admin experience will be preferred.
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
