The Executive ERP & IT will oversee and manage the organization’s ERP system and IT infrastructure in an on-site full-time role based in Gazipur. Responsibilities include maintaining and optimizing ERP modules, supporting end users, and coordinating with departments to ensure accurate data flow and system integration for production, inventory, and finance. The role involves monitoring network and hardware performance, ensuring data security and backups, and troubleshooting software and hardware issues. The Executive ERP & IT will collaborate with management to identify process improvement opportunities, implement technology solutions, and provide regular reports on system performance and IT-related risks. The position also requires training employees on ERP and IT usage and maintaining compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations.

• ERP and business systems: Solid experience with ERP implementation, configuration, and maintenance, preferably in manufacturing or apparel; ability to support modules such as production, inventory, and finance.
• IT infrastructure and support: Proficiency in network administration, hardware and software troubleshooting, data backup, and basic cybersecurity practices.
• Data and process management: Strong skills in data analysis, process mapping, and documentation to ensure accurate information flow and operational efficiency.
• Training and collaboration: Ability to train end users, provide clear technical guidance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and management.
• Education and experience: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field; relevant experience in ERP and IT roles in industrial or manufacturing settings is an advantage.
