- Paid Ad Campaigns: Plan, set up, and optimize paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) to achieve maximum ROI.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Conduct keyword research, on-page, off-page, and technical SEO audits to boost search engine rankings and organic traffic.
- Content & Platform Management: Develop strategic content plans tailored for LinkedIn, Meta, and other social media channels to enhance brand authority and candidate/client engagement.
- Analytics & Performance Tracking: Monitor daily campaign performance using Google Analytics and Ads Managers; prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Audience Targeting & A/B Testing: Continuously test ad copy, creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to improve conversion rates and lower cost-per-acquisition (CPA).
- Collaboration: Coordinate with design and content teams to produce high-performing ad creatives, copy, and visual assets.
- Experience: 4 years
- Education: bachelor of business administration in marketing
