We're hiring a Digital Marketing Executive who can take ownership of our digital presence and deliver measurable business growth. This is not a training role—we're looking for someone with proven execution skills who understands both creative marketing and performance-driven campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms
• Develop and manage social media strategies that increase reach, engagement, and conversions
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and prepare actionable reports
• Coordinate with the design and content team to produce high-performing creatives
• Manage content calendars and maintain a consistent brand voice across channels
• Identify new growth opportunities through market research and digital trends

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in digital marketing and campaign management
• Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics
• Solid understanding of audience targeting, conversion tracking, and performance optimization
• Ability to interpret marketing data and make informed decisions
• A portfolio or campaign results demonstrating your work is highly preferred
