- Handle student/customer inquiries through phone & social media.
- Provide information regarding courses, fees, schedules, admission and examinations.
- Manage student enrollment, registration and related documentation.
- Handle student queries, complaints and feedback professionally.
- Follow up with prospective students regarding admission and payments.
- Coordinate exam registration, attendance, mock tests and academic activities.
- Maintain student records, payment information and service requests.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports and perform data entry and documentation.
- Support promotional activities, seminars, orientations and other events.
- Perform other administrative and customer service duties as assigned.
- Experience: 1 year
- Education: bachelor of commerce
- Skills: administrative tasks, customer inquiries handling, call center administration, administrative support, administrative operations, receptionist duties, back office operations, responsibilities, call center operations, administrative assistance
