What You’ll Do

• Register customer-provided samples in the internal lab management system and maintain TAF.
• Track turnaround time (TAT), follow-up actions, and help keep service delivery on schedule.
• Build positive client experience through timely, responsive, and solution-focused collaboration.
• Coordinate with relevant internal teams to ensure timely dispatch of test reports and invoices.
• Act as a key link between clients and internal stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery.
• Analyze data, information, insights, and customer stories in supporting business decisions.
  
  

Who We’re Looking For

• Graduates from Textile/ Leather/ Chemistry or other relevant disciplines.
• Good understanding of technical services, processes, and workflow.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a genuine customer-centric mindset.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with relevant CS/CE background may be considered for higher-level positions based on experience and competency.
