Responsibilities & Context
- Conduct time study and motion study for all manufacturing operations.
- Develop Standard Minute Value (SMV) for different operations.
- Prepare operation breakdown and line balancing reports.
- Analyze manpower requirements and machine capacity for new production lines.
- Design Process layout and improve productivity & efficiency through IE techniques.
- Monitor production efficiency and identify productivity improvement opportunities.
- Work closely with Product Development, Procurement, Production, and Merchandising teams during new article development.
- Conduct capacity planning and production target analysis.
- Prepare department-wise monthly efficiency report.
- Assist management in implementing lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Eng & Production
- Master of Science (MSc) in Industrial Eng & Production
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- At least 4 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business areas: Garments, Leather goods/ Footwear/ Tannery
- T/A & D/A, Mobile bill, Hospital bill allowance, Provident fund, Group Life Insurance, Yearly
- Salary Review, Two Festival Bonuses, and many more.
- Experience: 4 years
- Education: Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Eng & Production, Master of Science (MSc) in Industrial Eng & Production, Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Skills: Reporting skills., Communication, Strong analytical, ERP knowledge will be considered an advantage., Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator will be considered an advantage., Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. , Knowledge of production planning and capacity analysis. , Practical experience in Time Study, Motion Study, SMV calculation, and Line Balancing. , Strong knowledge of footwear/Apparel manufacturing processes.
