What You’ll Do
- Coordinate end-to-end service assignments, aligning work schedules and required resources.
- Manage operational information and documentation in line with the regulations and SOPs.
- Build positive client experience through timely, responsive, and solution-focused collaboration.
- Design and execute operational strategies to achieve business goals by supporting our clientele.
- Act as a key link between clients and internal stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery.
- Analyze data, information, insights, and customer stories in supporting business decisions.
- Graduates from Business/ Environmental Science/ Textile or other relevant disciplines.
- Strong organizing skills, with the ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail with critical thinking capability.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Having some experience shall be an advantage.
- Experience: 0 to 1 years
- Education: Graduates from Business/ Environmental Science/ Textile or other relevant disciplines.
