Role Description

This is a part-time on-site/off site role located in Dhaka for an Executive, Communication and Monitoring. The role requires effective coordination with internal team members and external clients for the operation of services. The candidate will be responsible for undertaking various operational requirements, keeping clients informed about the status of their projects, and ensuring timely delivery of services while maintaining effective team coordination.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field
• High proficiency in written and verbal communication
• Excellent in Communication Skill, especially in English – IELTS Band 7 is highly preferred
• Prior experience in a coordination, communication, or related role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in standard office software programs
• Ability to work the night shift from home

Responsibilities

• Display high proficiency in written and verbal communication
• Answer all incoming calls to provide excellent customer service, which can include calls from clients, police & fire authorities, using professional telephone etiquette
• Organizational skills, including the ability to efficiently switch between tasks
• Demonstrate computer skills to navigate multiple software applications
• Punctuality and attendance are crucial. Applicants must be reliable and have flexible scheduling availability for weekends, holidays, or extended hours if needed
• Attention to detail is a must; applicants must monitor various tasks and reports
• Ability to assess and evaluate opportunities for problem-solving and work as a team in order to identify potential issues and/or related opportunities
• Complete tasks using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace packages at regular intervals
• Recording, logging, and reporting accurately to supervisor/manager and clients
• Resolving clients' issues and meeting the maximum level of customer satisfaction
