- Execute online bookings on Infor Nexus and Damco system (if necessary).
- Prepare all export documents such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Forwarding Letters for Customs, Buyers (M&S & Best seller) and Bank purposes.
- Issue EXP and duplicate EXP accordingly.
- Prepare invoices in ERP.
- Review and approve drafts of HBL, FCR or assigned by the management for buyers.
- Experience: At least 6 years
- Education: bachelor in any discipline
- Skills: invoice management, back office operations, invoice processing, export management, order management, purchase management, import/export operations, front office support, business process, sales order processing
