Job Description
- Develop new business opportunities through Corporate visit, phone sales, email marketing, client prospecting, and market development activities.
- Communicate effectively with prospective and existing clients to promote the company's products and services.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding company services.
- Provide after-sales support and collect client feedback to enhance service quality.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective corporate clients.
- Maintain and regularly update client databases and CRM records.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management.
- Organize and coordinate seminars, workshops, corporate events, and promotional activities as assigned by management.
- Conduct online training sessions according to the trainer's schedule.
- Demonstrate sound product knowledge and contribute effectively to team objectives.
- Plan, publish, and manage daily content across the company's social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital channels, ensuring timely updates and alignment with the organization's marketing objectives and management directives.
- Work independently while maintaining high standards of professionalism and productivity.
