Employment Status: Full-time (Night Shift: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM)

Location: On-site/Home Office

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Making inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.

• Analyzing and refining business processes to ensure optimal client satisfaction.

• Serving as a liaison between clients and in-house teams to facilitate seamless communication.

• Coordinating with internal teams to fulfill vendor requirements and resolve issues.

𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 & 𝐁𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐭𝐬:

• Salary: BDT 20,000 - 35,000 (Negotiable based on experience and Interview Process).

• Performance bonus structure.

• Two festival bonuses per year.

• Annual increment based on performance.

• Two-day weekend (Saturday, Sunday).

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 (𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐁𝐨𝐭𝐡 𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬):

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from any reputed institute.

• Dropouts and physically disabled persons are encouraged to apply.

• High proficiency in English (writing, reading, and listening).

• Freshers are encouraged to apply.

• Working experience in relevant fields will be given preference.
