- Assist in developing and implementing branding and marketing strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
- Maintain consistent brand identity across digital and offline communication channels.
- Develop creative ideas and campaigns to strengthen brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Support the planning and execution of promotional campaigns, events, and marketing activities.
- Conduct market research and monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Manage and regularly update the company's social media platforms.
- Plan and maintain a social media content calendar.
- Create engaging posts, captions, promotional content, and campaign materials.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and other relevant personnel to produce marketing content.
- Monitor social media performance, audience engagement, reach, and other relevant metrics.
- Support paid digital marketing campaigns, including Facebook/Meta and Google Ads.
- Explore new digital channels and marketing opportunities to increase reach and engagement.
- Prepare high-quality marketing content for social media, website, campaigns, newsletters, brochures, presentations, and other communication materials.
- Develop content that clearly communicates the company's products, services, investment opportunities, and value proposition.
- Ensure all marketing content is accurate, professional, transparent, and aligned with the company's Shariah-based positioning.
- Assist in developing video scripts, promotional materials, campaign concepts, and storytelling content.
- Support the development and execution of campaigns for investor acquisition, project promotion, merchant/business acquisition, and brand awareness.
- Coordinate with the Business Development and Investor Relations teams to support lead-generation activities.
- Track campaign results and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in developing strategies to improve customer/investor acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to maintain and improve website content.
- Ensure marketing information, project information, announcements, and promotional materials are updated accurately.
- Support SEO and other activities aimed at improving the company's online visibility.
- Prepare regular reports on marketing and branding activities.
- Monitor key performance indicators such as reach, engagement, leads, conversion, website traffic, and campaign performance.
