Responsible for developing and executing brand strategies for FMCG household-care products, including disinfectants and other home hygiene solutions. Focused on building strong brands, driving consumer awareness, and supporting sustainable sales growth.
- Define how each product should stand out from competitors.
- Develop annual brand plans and marketing strategies.
- Identify opportunities for new products, variants, fragrances, pack sizes, and formulations.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
- Work with R&D/production teams on product improvements and launches.
- Translate consumer insights into product and communication strategies.
- Work closely with Sales to develop retailer/distributor promotional programs.
- Support ATL/BTL, digital, trade, and consumer activation initiatives.
- Monitor product visibility and availability in the market.
- Track competitors' pricing, packaging, promotions, advertising, distribution, and new launches.
- Conduct regular market visits and prepare competitor intelligence reports.
- Recommend actions to maintain or increase market share.
- Develop promotional offers and campaigns.
- Experience: 2-4 years
