Purpose Of The Job

The Airport Operations Executive is responsible for the safe, efficient, and on-time execution of customer services and airport and ground operations by coordinating with internal departments, ground handling agents, regulatory authorities, and service providers, while maintaining compliance with company policies, aviation regulations, and customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist passengers during check-in, boarding, and baggage handling
• Verify tickets, passports, and travel documents
• Provide assistance to VIP/CIP and passengers requiring assistance
• Perform load control and trim sheet preparation
• Coordinate with Civil Aviation Authority and other service providers
• Handle flight operations, ensuring safety, punctuality, and customer satisfaction
• Prepare operational reports and manage lost or mishandled baggage cases
• Respond efficiently to delays, cancellations, or other operational challenges
• Maintain security and safety standards
