- To maintain discipline and security in the floor.
- To ensure opening and closing the gate of the floor.
- To ensure ID card for the worker.
- To ensure the neat and clean floor and maintain cleaning register.
- To monitor time section closely for regular activities like attendance checking, OT checking, software data posting, workers file and other necessary documents.
- To monitor closely the in and out time of the worker and the staff.
- To supervise and check missing data and maintaining attendance register.
- To send the notice for lefty workers at the end of the month and maintaining a register on that purpose.
- To collect new workers as per need and provide to the line/unit/section from the outside except operator and opening their file.
- To assists accounts section for preparing worker salary sheet and paying salary among the worker at the end of the month in disciplinary way.
- To recommend for the leave of the worker.
- To motivate the workers for enhancing their knowledge and increasing the consciousness regarding the labor law (2006) and as well as company policy.
- To approve store requisition of the production related department for collecting accessories from the store.
- To maintain different type of register like, lefty worker, new worker recruitment and appointment letter, floor cleaning, floor closing, ID providing, workers` hand book distribution.
- Experience: 3-5 years
- Education: bachelor of arts
- Skills: assistant duties, daily operations management, daily operations, responsibilities, attendance management, administrative tasks, housekeeping management, staff management, office procedures
