- Receive and unload stocks by ensuring proper verification of delivery challans, manufacturing batches, product flavors, SKUs, quantities, and overall product condition.
- Ensure proper storage of inventory and execute dispatch activities in compliance with the FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) principle.
- Maintain accurate warehouse records, inventory documentation, and operational reports on a timely basis.
- Ensure on-time order processing, dispatch, and delivery to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
- Plan and optimize delivery routes to maximize vehicle space utilization, improve efficiency, and minimize transportation costs.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering accurate, timely, and quality service while promptly resolving operational issues.
- Maintain full compliance with warehouse policies, safety standards, housekeeping requirements, and regulatory guidelines to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
- Ensure the accuracy of checking distributors' returns and reporting to settle the claims.
- Maintain and update statutory registers like Purchase (Mushak-6.1), Sales (Mushak-6.2), and Delivery Challans (Mushak-6.3) accurately against daily production and sales records.
- Invoicing: Issue commercial invoices and challans at the time of raw material dispatch or finished goods delivery.
- Analyze logistical challenges and develop cost-effective solutions to enhance distributor and depot efficiency.
- Track & evaluate the performance of warehouse and distribution staff to ensure productivity and quality standards are met.
- Experience: 1-3 years
- Education: bachelor of business administration in accounting
