- Have to maintain accounts.
- Making payments by verifying documents.
- Preparation of receipts and payments account and ensure timely reporting.
- Cash disbursement & Bank correspondence.
- Monitoring and assisting regular /periodical depot inventory management.
- Perform routine accounting jobs like voucher entry, bill booking, cash handling, etc.
- Handling daily banking tasks including maintaining banking transactions & prepare monthly reconciliation statements. Prepare documents for filing appeal before commissioner of Taxes (Appeal)/ Taxes Appellate Tribunal/ High Court Reference/ADR/Loss set up/Refund;
- Preparation and submission of withholding tax return;
- Prepare all Tax papers on a regular basis and handle all information data required;
- Preparation to meet the query of Vat authority and audit team;
- Prepare A-Challan, E-TDS, E-return.
- Prepare and submit monthly Vat returns (e.g Mushak 9.1) accurately and on time.
- Any other Task assigned by the management.
- Experience: 2-3 years
- Education: bachelor of business administration in accounting
- Skills: back office operations, administrative tasks, accounting, accountants, basic accounting knowledge, audit preparation, accounts reconciliation, banking operations, cashiering, knowledge of accounting software
