Job Responsibilities
- Maintain daily financial transactions, encompassing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure the accuracy of accounting in all transactions entered into the system and verify that they are posted prior to the month-end.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets to aid management in decision making.
- Focus on building strong coordination with all kinds of vendors and keep the reporting clear and up-to-date.
- Arrange all necessary documentation concerning bank loans and other official requirements.
- Any additional projects assigned by the HoD concerning Accounts and Finance functions.
- Implement and maintain internal financial controls, policies, and procedures.
- Perform monthly physical inventory audits.
- Any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.
- Experience:
- Education: bachelor of business administration in accounting
- Skills: accounting, finance management, financial accounting, financial management, corporate finance, financial controls, budgeting and financial management
