Job Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients and understand their event requirements.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and event presentations.
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams.
- Plan and manage event logistics from start to finish.
- Supervise event setup, execution, and dismantling.
- Ensure smooth operation of décor, lighting, sound, LED, truss, and other event elements.
- Maintain event timelines and quality standards.
- Resolve on-site operational issues professionally.
- Prepare post-event reports and collect client feedback.
- Experience: 1-3 years
- Education: bachelor of fine arts in art history
- Skills: special events production, special events coordination, event coordination, event planning, live event producer, events coordination, event management, marketing event planning, corporate events
