European Student Visa Processing Officer

Study First Info Ltd. is expanding our Visa Processing Team and looking for an experienced European Student Visa Processing Officer who can independently manage student visa cases from document collection to VFS/Embassy submission and final decision.

Banani, Dhaka | Farmgate, Dhaka | Sylhet

• Manage student visa files from A–Z
• Verify academic, financial and personal documents
• Prepare visa applications and country-specific checklists
• Coordinate VFS/Embassy appointments and submissions
• Prepare students for visa interviews
• Identify missing, inconsistent or problematic documents
• Track applications and passport collection
• Maintain accurate student records and CRM updates
• Coordinate with universities, students and visa centres
• Stay updated on changing European visa requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in student visa processing
• Practical experience with European student visas
• VFS/Embassy submission experience
• Strong document verification and attention to detail
• Good English communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple student files and deadlines
• Experience with Hungary, Lithuania, Bulgaria, Slovakia or Romania will be highly valued

We are not looking for someone who only fills out visa forms.

We need someone who can take ownership of a student file from document checking to visa submission and follow-up.
