We are looking for a responsible and technically skilled ETP Operator to operate and maintain the Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP). The position will be responsible for ensuring proper wastewater treatment, chemical dosing, equipment operation, and compliance with environmental and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor ETP equipment and treatment processes.
- Monitor wastewater parameters and ensure effective treatment.
- Maintain proper chemical dosing as per treatment requirements.
- Check and maintain pumps, motors, filters, tanks, and other ETP equipment.
- Ensure treated water meets required environmental standards.
- Monitor sludge collection, handling, and proper disposal.
- Maintain daily ETP operation logs, readings, and maintenance records.
- Identify operational issues and take corrective action when required.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and operational procedures.
- Coordinate with the maintenance and production teams for smooth ETP operation.
- Diploma in Environmental Engineering / Chemical Engineering or a relevant technical discipline.
- SSC with relevant ETP operation experience may also be considered.
- Technical training/certification in ETP operation will be an added advantage.
- Experience in operating and maintaining ETP systems in a manufacturing, textile, chemical, or industrial environment is preferred.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years
- Education: Diploma in Environmental Engineering / Chemical Engineering or a relevant technical discipline., SSC with relevant ETP operation experience may also be considered., Technical training/certification in ETP operation will be an added advantage.
