- Act as the Techno-Functional Lead for Oracle EBS, providing both functional and technical support across Finance, SCM, HRMS, and Manufacturing modules.
- Serve as the Oracle Apps DBA, ensuring database availability, patching, cloning, performance tuning, backup, and recovery.
- Lead ERP implementation activities, including configuration, data migration, UAT coordination, and system go-live.
- Manage end-to-end project delivery as Project Manager – planning, monitoring, reporting, and ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Work with business users to analyze requirements, design solutions, and implement system enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, data integrity, and security standards.
- Coordinate with vendors and Oracle support for issue resolution.
- Provide training and guidance to internal teams for knowledge transfer and capability building.
- Experience: 10+ years
