Role Description This is a full-time, on-site ERP Project Manager Data Analysis role located in Dhaka. The role involves leading and coordinating ERP implementation projects, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and system configuration across business functions. The ERP Project Manager will analyze operational and financial data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for process optimization. Daily responsibilities include managing project timelines and budgets, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, preparing documentation and reports, and ensuring effective user training and adoption of ERP solutions. The role also requires monitoring system performance, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring alignment between business processes and ERP capabilities.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify issues, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Candidates should possess experience in ERP implementations and enterprise resource planning (ERP) to lead system deployment and integration.
• Candidates should possess budgeting skills to plan, monitor, and control project and operational costs.
• Candidates should possess business process knowledge to map workflows, define requirements, and optimize process efficiency.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; advanced certifications in ERP or project management (e.g., PMP, SAP/Oracle/Microsoft Dynamics) are beneficial.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional projects, strong communication and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work in a structured, deadline-driven environment.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, BI tools) and documentation practices; experience in electronics or manufacturing sectors is an advantage.
