Job Description
- Provide end-to-end techno-functional support for Oracle ERP across Finance and SCM modules, ensuring accurate, timely month-end and year-end closing for high-volume fintech/MFS transactions in line with VIP timelines.
- Support digital financial services operations by ensuring ERP processes align with wallet settlement, commission, merchant payments, revenue assurance, and reconciliation requirements.
- Act as a bridge between business, IT, compliance, and external vendors, translating fintech/MFS business requirements into scalable ERP functional and technical solutions.
- Lead ERP process re-engineering and functional solution design to meet Bangladesh Bank, regulatory, audit, VAT, tax, and statutory reporting requirements for MFS operations.
- Manage Oracle ERP implementation, customization, integration, and enhancement projects, including interfaces with core MFS platforms, payment gateways, CRM, DWH, and banking systems.
- Design, develop, and support custom ERP reports, forms, integrations, and controls to strengthen transaction accuracy, fraud prevention, reconciliation, and financial visibility.
- Ensure audit readiness and compliance governance, facilitating internal, external, and regulatory audits, closing observations, and maintaining robust change management documentation.
- Drive system stability, user capability building, and continuous improvement, ensuring ERP reliability, scalability, and control to support fintech growth and evolving digital services.
- B.Sc is Computer Science or Engineering or similar field
- 5+ years of relevant techno-functional support and development experience in Oracle ERP
- Profound techno and financial functional support knowledge in the fields of Finance & Accounting on the implemented modules of Oracle Application
- Strong knowledge on Accounting and Functional support in Oracle ERP
- Strong Application development knowledge for Oracle ERP Forms, Reports, components, tools and interface customization and personalization
- Strong knowledge of the underlying data flow and architecture/structure of Oracle ERP
- One full cycle working experience during implementation is preferred
- Understanding on Software Engineering lifecycle
- Knowledge in IT, SOX and system audit
- Expert knowledge in project management
