Role Description The Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) System Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Tejgaon Industrial Area Thana. This role is responsible for overseeing the implementation, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the organization’s ERP systems to support core business processes. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing business requirements, coordinating with stakeholders to translate operational needs into system functionality, and managing ERP-related projects from planning to delivery. The ERP System Manager will monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and work with internal teams and external vendors to ensure data integrity, security, and system reliability. The role also involves training end users, documenting workflows and procedures, and recommending enhancements to improve efficiency and support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and ERP Software skills, including experience with configuration, integration, and ongoing system administration.
• Candidates should possess sound understanding of Business Process analysis and design, with the ability to map workflows and align systems with operational needs.
• Candidates should possess solid Project Management skills to plan, execute, and monitor ERP-related initiatives, manage timelines, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, diagnose system issues, and recommend effective solutions and process improvements.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience managing ERP systems in a manufacturing, industrial, or multi-business environment is highly beneficial.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with technical teams, operations staff, and leadership.
• Proficiency in database concepts, reporting tools, and basic understanding of IT security and data governance is an advantage.
